On April 22, 2025 we updated our agreement. These changes were designed to reflect updates to our services and provide clearer guidance on what you can expect from us while using IngramSpark. In addition to minor clarifications and changes to word and grammar use, these modifications were made to the IngramSpark agreement.
We sent multiple notices regarding the changes and provided a substantial grace period for accepting the new agreement. Any accounts that did not accept the new agreement were suspended effective January 5, 2026.
If your account is suspended and you are interested in reinstating your account, please log in and accept the new agreement.. Once you have accepted the new agreement, your account will be reactivated automatically. Any books that were previously available will be reinstated automatically if we still have the content files.

If you attempt to sign our new agreement and are unable to click the "I Accept" button, please ensure that you have scrolled through the agreement in its entirety. The "I Accept" button will become clickable once the entire agreement is reviewed.
