When you raise an order or pay for a service via your IngramSpark account, an invoice is created and can be found directly in your account. This article will show you how to navigate your account to find invoices
Locate Transactions Page
When you log in to your account, navigate to the 'Reports' tab on the left column of your screen. or from the burger menu in the top left if accessed on a mobile device, select this button. From the drop-down, select 'Transactions'
A new page will load, this page will show Total transactions in the last 30 days based on currency and your transaction history, as well as:
- Invoice Numbers
- Order Numbers
- Transaction dates
- Amount paid
Currency
On this page, you can select the Invoice number to create a pop-up to give a breakdown of costs for that transaction. You can also input your email address to have a PDF copy of the invoice sent to you for your own financial records:
Please note it can take up to 3 hours for an invoice to generate onto this page when submitting your order.
