How to Remove Right-to-Left Content Settings

Introduction

If you notice that your eproof is backwards and/or the content is upside down, you likely selected the Right-to-Left (RTL) setting for your book during setup. In order to correct your eproof and ensure your book prints correctly, we need to be notified to remove the RTL flag and re-process your files.

You can check your book's RTL settings by clicking on the title of your book and scrolling down to the bottom of the Print Info section. Here's an example:

RTL Enabled:

If you don't see "Right-to-Left Content" under Title Information > Print Info > Print Options, it means that RTL was never enabled for your book or has been removed.

How to Remove RTL Content Settings

These settings cannot be edited directly through your IngramSpark account. To request removal or changes, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us using the email address registered to your IngramSpark account.
2. In your message, clearly specify the ISBN(s) and advise that you want to remove the "Right-to-Left Content" flag.
3. Wait for confirmation from the support team that your request has been received and is being processed.

Please note that changes to the RTL designation require us to re-process your files, and you will receive a new eproof review and approve.
