IngramSpark has added extra security for your account information!
Authors and publishers wanting to change their account information will now receive a 6-digit authentication code by mobile phone or email.
Information that can be updated easily are contact names, email addresses, shipping and returns addresses, and credit/debit card information.
If a person's name has changed due to marriage, divorce, legal name change, or other reasons, or if the publishing business name has changed, customers can use the jot form link found within the help bubble
beside the name field and may be asked to provide legal documentation.
Login to your account at https://myaccount.ingramspark.com and click in the top right corner where your company name and account number are. You will see a drop-down menu of items you can update or view:

Account Information: contact name, email address, ship-to address, return address, and mailing address for compensation. (Name field is limited to 35 characters and spaces)

Publisher Compensation: update your banking information so we can pay you! The name on the bank account must match the IngramSpark account name.
- NOTE: When you activated your IngramSpark account, you provided your bank account information and the currency you would like to be paid in, for books sold through our global distribution network. You can only update the currency 1 time.
- Tax information: update or upload additional tax forms (business accounts only)
- Terms/Documentation: view your previously signed agreements and paperwork in the 'Other Documentation' section. Review agreements accepted online in the 'Terms' section.
- Messages: view messages in your account from premedia and marketing
- Pay Open Invoices
How do I change the company or personal name on my IngramSpark account?
We require that all account names reflect the legal entity or identity under which you do business. For personal accounts, this would be your legal name; for business accounts, this would be the business name you registered within your home state/country.
For business name changes:

- Click the help bubble above the Registered Business Name field to access this form, or click this link: Change of Name Request
- You may be required to provide a copy of your business registration and you may be asked for proof of identity (government-issued such as a driver's license or passport) which we will use to verify the account owner as making the request. The identification is redacted from our system.
- You will complete the New Assignment Agreement or a Change of Name form which must be notarized, showing the account name has changed. We will email the appropriate document to you after we receive the request.
For Personal name changes:

- Click on this link to access the form: Change of Name Request
- You may be required to provide proof of identity (government-issued such as a driver's license or passport) which we will use to verify the account owner as making the request. The identification is redacted from our system.
- You will complete the New Assignment Agreement or a Change of Name form which must be notarized, showing the account name has changed. We will email the appropriate document to you after we receive the request.
For Contact information changes:
- In the Contact Information section, click the edit button. A pop-up appears for you to select how you want to receive the 6-digit authentication code. Please enter the code and enter your changes.
- Click Save when completed.
Some distribution partners may not update the publishing company name for the books on their websites. If this happens, please contact the support team for help.
Updates to account information may need to be reviewed by our Finance team before the changes are in effect.
