Instructions to easily update information in your IngramSpark account: Addresses, Email Addresses, Credit/Debit Cards, Compensation Payment Information, Direct Deposit, and Tax information.
Login to your account at https://myaccount.ingramspark.com and click in the top right corner where your company name and account number are located. You will see a drop-down menu of items you can update or view:

Account Information-update your legal/business address, ship-to address, return address, mailing address for compensation, and your email preferences

Info) is changed, we will send an email notifying the email address on file of the change.

Publisher Compensation- update your banking information so we can pay you!
- NOTE: When you activated your IngramSpark account, you provided your bank account information and the currency you would like to be paid in, for books sold through our global distribution network. You can only update the currency 1 time.
- Tax information- update or upload additional tax forms
- Paperwork- view your signed agreements and paperwork
- Messages- view messages in your account from premedia and marketing
- Pay Open Invoices
How do I change the company name on my IngramSpark account?
- Log in to your IngramSpark account.
- In the top right corner, click on the drop-down arrow and then click on Account Information.
- Click on the Edit Account Information button. This takes you to the screen where you can make changes to all of your account information.
- Update the publishing company name.
- Click Save when completed.
- You will be prompted to re-sign the 4 agreements (since the company name changed)
- You will also be prompted to verify the W9 on file is correct or make changes.
Doing this will change the publishing company name for any books you have in your IngramSpark account. However, some distribution partners may not update the publishing company name for those books on their website. If this happens, contact support for help.
Updates to account information may need to be reviewed by our Finance team before the changes are in effect. You will receive an email notifying you the changes were successful.
