How are shipping charges calculated? Are there taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, or any other fees charged for orders? Freight/shipping charges are calculated based on several factors, including the number of units ordered, the overall size of the books and/or carton(s), shipping destination, and the shipping method.
When placing an order through your IngramSpark account, the order total will reflect an accurate charge based on the shipping company's published rates. You may also use our online calculator to determine how much your shipping cost will be.
As an example, shipments into Canada are subject to various fees, including import duties, GST (goods & services taxes), brokerage fees, customs fees, and document preparation fees.
