Duplicate Button

IngramSpark has a feature that allows you to copy the information of an existing book set up on your account. With the view to allow the simple set-up of multiple formats of the same book, providing the requirement to only need to update:

• Pricing 
• ISBN/SKU
• Trim information
• Book content files

Once a title is set up and approved, the 'Duplicate' button appears next to it on the right immediately (if the title is in revision or pending an update) or from the drop-down when you press the arrow to the right of 'Place Order'.

By selecting this feature, another copy of the same book is created in your account, which will allow you to quickly amend the trim, pricing and ISBN/SKU of the book to allow a different version of the book to be submitted for publishing.

The duplicate button does not:

• Create a copy of your book outside of your account.
• Copy and publish the same book as previously set up.
• Delete the original book to replace it with this version.

Summary

The duplicate button is a very useful tool in your IngramSpark account to help quickly create the next version of your book. This feature does not delete or remove your book from your account. You have complete control of all metadata and publication of all books on your account.
