Step 1: Access the 'Place an Order' page
Log in to your IngramSpark account and navigate to the 'Orders' page, where you begin the ordering process.
Step 2: Add titles to your order
Select the books you would like to order by clicking on the 'Add Products' section.
Then add:
- A shipping address
- Return address
Once done, you will be able to select the print location, once selected you can move to the next page by pressing the blue 'Continue' button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Enter quantities on the Order Options page
On the 'Order Details' page, select the number of copies for each title you would like. You can input a number in the 'Qty:' box.
Once added, you will need to press 'Update Pricing' at the bottom of the screen in order to update the printing and shipping options.
You can then update the printing method by selecting the drop-down under 'Printing Options' and then selecting your shipping preference by selecting the drop-down under 'Shipping Options'
Unresponsive Quantity Fields
If the quantity fields are unresponsive or won’t allow input, try the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try using a different web browser.
- Open an incognito or private browsing window and attempt your order again.
