Updates on Existing Order Claims
To stay informed about the status of your claims, regularly check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for any updates or communications from IngramSpark support.
Note that during periods of high volume, response times may be delayed.
Issues Raising a Claim on your Orders.
If you encounter damaged or misprinted books and the “Report an Issue” option is not available for your order, please follow the steps below to submit a manual claim:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try accessing your account with a different web browser.
- If the “Report an Issue” button remains unavailable, prepare a manual claim with the following details:
- Order number(s)
- ISBN(s) of affected titles
- Quantities affected
- Batch number(s) (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographs highlighting the defects or damage
- Preferred resolution for the claim (e.g., replacement, refund)
- Shipping address for replacements (if applicable)
- Contact email address
