I Do Not See the Book Size I Would Like to Use

At this time, there are a limited number of trim sizes available in the Book-Building Tool. IngramSpark does have additional trim sizes including landscape 11 inches width x 8.5 inches height, however, we will need print-ready PDF files and an EPUB file that meets all requirements if you do not use the Book-Building Tool.

In order to use the same ISBN, you will need to delete the current title setup and create a new title setup that does not include the Book-Building Tool (choose, "Yes, all my files are ready," on the first page of the title setup). Please be aware that if the current title is deleted, all of the work done within the Book-Building Tool will be deleted as well.

EPUB files that we have not created must meet all specifications and requirements, and we do not provide support to fix errors. We also offer ebook conversion services, if you do not have an EPUB file. If you choose an alternate ebook creation service, please make sure they provide EPUB files intended for sale and distribution and not just personal use. 

Also, most children's books are created in fixed-layout format, which is only accepted by Apple, Kobo, Libreka. Barnes and Noble will only accept fixed layout EPUBs for children's books.
