- Damaged books shipped by you to your customer, must be returned directly to you and not returned to Lightning Source/IngramSpark. If needed, you can submit a claim, and provide the customer's address for the replacement book.
- If a customer ordered a book online or purchased from a bookstore and found the book defective the book should be returned to the retailer where it was purchased. The retailer will handle the returns and replacement process.
- If you received your order over 90 days ago and are unable to submit a claim through your account, please submit a request, be sure to include the order number, and attach images to illustrate the claim being made.
Please retain all books and packaging until your claim has been fully resolved.
