Damaged books shipped by you to your customer, must be returned directly to you and not returned to Lightning Source/IngramSpark. If needed, you can submit a claim, and provide the customer's address for the replacement book.
If a customer ordered a book online or purchased from a bookstore and found the book defective the book should be returned to the retailer where it was purchased. The retailer will handle the returns and replacement process.
If you received your order over 90 days ago and are unable to submit a claim through your account, please submit a request, be sure to include the order number, and attach images to illustrate the claim being made.
Please retain all books and packaging until your claim has been fully resolved.
