I have a title ("Relativity Now: A Graphic Guide to Einstein's Theories") that is available as both a print book (case laminate) & ebook.
Currently, my ebook status says "Title in revision," & my print book status says, "Awaiting Customer Updates."
The Ingram Spark website (beta & regular) will not show/allow updates for my print book, as long as my ebook is in revision. (The buttons/links are not available.)
However, I believe my ebook won't come out of revision status, until my print book updates are submitted.
In other words, I can't do anything. This happened one other time, and if I'm remembering correctly, the customer service rep fixed the status problem while I was on the phone. However, this time, a different customer service rep was not able to fix the status problem, but instead put in a request for a fix. I have not yet heard back about this, but does anyone in the community know if there's a way to change the status of one of the books (or just yank the ebook out of revision status & put it back to "awaiting updates") from my end?
Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!
