    You are not alone! And there are several versions of this same issue.

    Their support seems to be pretty bad, and pre-dates covid. They are often on chat (I guess it depends on your timezone), but the only decent person I found there was Octavio. I don't know how I got it fixed for me but it took a month of emailing and chatting. I said I would start posting bad reviews but still got no response. Then I emailed their legal department at

    telling them about the issue, about the above thread, and all the bad reviews on trustpilot, including mine. Then they solved the problem!

    They did say that IT were patching a bug but it looks like that hasn't worked.
