I've created a 270 page file in the latest version of InDesign. Exported it to .pdf in a file that was 241mb in size. Tried to upload it. Watched the bar for one hour and 10 minutes. It appeared to go completely across, but then I got a message about an error and told to try again or contact customer service. I've tried about 8 times now, with no luck.
Customer service suggested I delete my browsing data and all cookies. Did that.
They suggested I try another browser other than Chrome. I tried Opera, Bing and Firefox.
They suggested I reduce the size of the file. I reduced it down to 169mb.
Still get the same error message, but they don't know what that error is. How can you fix something if you don't know where it's broke?
They said my upload connection might be too slow. I only have 0.6mbps, but that's all that is available in my area at the present. I'm wondering if their system is timing me out. When I get the error message and click OK, I'm immediately logged out of their site.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sadly, they don't allow for mailing in the file on a thumb drive. Thank you in advance. -Steve
