is there a way you can upload it at a copy center or from another location or workplace?

Support must receive your file. Arrange with them to upload via for example https://wetransfer.com/

To: E Jorgensen - Thank you for asking. I'm disabled and haven't been out in over a year. I don't know if anyone in our small town has a faster connection than what is available to me. But, I'm not giving up.

To: Erik Istrup Publishing - Thank you for the reply. I will suggest that to them. I'm just wondering if there is something possibly wrong with the file that is keeping it from processing into their system. When I go to Export, I select the 2002 option that IngramSpark requires. When I click the box to Use the margins built into the project, InDesign changes the 2002 and marks it as Modified. I don't know if that's a problem, but it's all that I see that might present one. Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.

About Modified: The cover template is an older 'edition' so when InDesign saves, it does so in a newer format. That is OK.

Doesn't IS have a 2GB limit for file sizes? Much more than your 0.24GB!

PS. You might be able to reduce the file size if your images is (much) larger than the required 300dpi.

Their max is 1.5GB.  First time I tried, the file was 241mb in size. As it would happen, InDesign updated, and the next time I did an Export, it came out at 169mb.  They are saying that my upload speed appears to be the problem. I just did a chat with customer support again today. I mentioned the WeTransfer you suggested. He said he would talk with his supervisors to see if they could make an exception for an upload. That's more than I have received over the past couple of days. Thanks again.

I used their cover generator template and the cover uploaded fine. It's just the interior that is not uploading. Thanks again.
