There are lots of 1/2 answers to my question here and about (and I too would like to echo how awful customer service is ... or at least contacting them for, well, anything).
So, here it goes: I have one book created via IngramSpark (and available on Amazon and others, and a specific price per book), But i was recently contacted by a University bookseller, who needs to order many copies of my book - because a professor is requiring it for a class. They want to know how they can order multiple copies (I suppose at least 20-30 ... but possibly a lot more).
Amazon and others (who get they book via Ingram distribution) offer no way to get a discount or other special pricing "bulk" orders. So - I would like to send them to some page at Ingram where they can order at discounted prices. Right now, the only way I see how to do this, is , essentially, to order the books myself at the publisher cost, and the resell them (and re-ship them!) to the university bookstore. There's got to be a better way!
