Direct Sales (through Ingram)

When I got an order on 110 books from a library, I ordered them directly at IngramSpark and typed in the address on the library so IngramSpark send them directly. Then I send an invoice to the library with the discount price. Sadly, IngramSpark doesn't have the option to add a printed invoice (or another document) with the books. One can get that option at printondemand-worldwide.com [a hint to IngramSpark].

    Thanks!

But ugh ... no - i don't want to get in to the business of paying money up front for books and then chasing down money from a big university!  There's got to be other ways ...  I hope ; )

You can refer them to Ingram Content Group directly where they can purchase books at wholesale. This is normally how retailers purchase books from Ingram at wholesale. There is a link on Ingram's website that invites retailers (buyers and sellers), printers and manufacturers, to open an account with them. Once they sign up they have a number of ordering options available to them. For example: iPage, iSelect, etc. Here is the link where retailers can create an account to order books (where they can purchase books at "discount", in other words at wholesale cost): https://www.ingramcontent.com/retailers/ordering.

I hope you find this helpful.
