    Hello, Cmacenka.

    Even if the picture is 300dpi you may get an error if you add for example a 300x300px and let the size be 2"x2", then it will be calculated to 150dpi.

    Thanks for the response, Erik.

     

    I run all my authors' bio images at the same size (set in inches), then adjust the dpi to 300 (they usually send it at 72dpi). Just found it odd. Will look through the eproof to see how it comes out.

    You just change the number from 72 to 300, nothing might change. I tried it in PhotoShop.

    Did you ever figure this out @Cmacenka?  I'm having the same issue - and have spent three days now resizing and uploading, time and again.  Nothing.  Still the error.

    How was the eproof?

    Proof came out fine. I just verified that the image was the proper  dpi and forced the acceptance. I hope it works for you.
