    Congratulations, Joanne.

I guess that most of our worries (and troubles) beforehand, is because we do not really know what has to be done in our "end" to make "the right things" happen in the other end. This makes the "I'm finally done" much more exciting and the next book much easier.

I have found Ingram Spark's (International) support to be most helpful and friendly and I do not recognise some of the critics found elsewhere.

My 1st book was an educational resource guide.  I have now written a children's book and want to use an amazing teenager to do the drawings---sort of supports the mission of my company. Any ideas how to embed my writing and her drawings? Also, have you published your book yet?

The book is published as of September and I have been able to sell about 300 copies. I'm promoting the book this year and trying to get as much publicity as possible. I don't know any teenagers who are artists, but I will keep an ear to the ground. How can I get a copy of your book? I'd like to support each other.

@Joanne Randall. 300 copies is quite many! I suppose you are asking for @Janet Arnold's book, as I haven't mentioned any of my books here :)  🦋

I have found "The Adventures of Largo and Shelby" at wordery.com (shipping from the UK) by using gettextbooks.com .

I can't offer you a children's book of my own writing, but I have "The Soul of the White Dragon", the first book in The Adventures of Luzi Cane series.
    https://www.erikistrup.dk/eip5_adventures_of_luzi_cane.html#soul_white_dragon
I  write as Eriqa Queen. It works well because the main character is a young woman.

The second book will return from British proofreading in January, and I'm 155 pages at the third book.

The printed books list price is USD25, but I see it at USD10 and free shipping at the search site: gettextbooks.com. You can get the e-book at my site for USD6.99.

I would love to support both of your books as I work with children (and in schools daily).  My educational guide is called "How to Explain a Diagnosis to a Child".  What are the titles of your books?  Do you have a FB page/website/Instagram etc?

I have a young teen who will do the drawings----now to morph text and her drawings together.

@Joanne Randall, I just finished reading the description of your book.  AMAZING!  This captures who I am as a mom of a child with a disability AND a professional who supports children with various exceptionalities.  I need a copy of your book.  Perhaps we can connect to promote one another?

@Joanne Randell. I have ordered your book and look forward to get it. @Joanne Randell + @Janet Randell. The children's book that I publish is in Danish, and the author + illustrator have decided to self-publish the English version (from the Slovenian original).

I have been working in Greenland for six years as a social educator (bachelor in pedagogic) with children/young with autism. Now back in Denmark I am a writer and publisher. Pretty much all of my publications has a metaphysical touch to it.

@Janet Randell. Good luck with your creation!

I can also be reached at eip@erikistrup.dk 🦋

Wow how exciting! Thank you so much for the support!

    Largo's social media is here:

    facebook.com/theadventuresoflargo

    instagram.com/i_am_largo

Do either of you have guidance on how to get an audience with either an agency or a children's publishing house? I would really like to explore not self-publishing this time around. But I will if I have to.

The second book is being discussed. After you read the book, please let me know what you think. The second book will be about Jack Rabbit.

Thank you and have a wonderful day! Happy New Year from New Hampshire, USA!

Janet, I would be happy to send you a book in exchange for some publicity on your end. Where do you live? I don't remember if I told you or not but I have a teacher's guide for the book as well for teachers who want to use the story in their classrooms.

Joanne, please send me an email so we can chat further.  I am more than happy to promote on my FB and instagram.  I also write for savvysassymoms.com so maybe I can pitch to them that my next article be about books that teachers can use to empower students.

I live in Canada but skiing in New Hampshire for President Day long weekend.:-)

I contacted Ingram Spark about getting titles or authors names that they have helped get published, so I can order a book or two to see how authors did it. And I was told they can't give out that information. That's crazy. I wasn't asking for personal information. I just recently pubilshed my first book "Before Time, Earth And Then Human" I ordered and received my first hardcopy. Beautiful book and the dust jacket(I used Fiverr for designing the dustjacket). I have not put it into distribution because I have to edit a couple of things. I should have read the small course they(IS) have, free by the way, on publishing. They do not add the cooyright page you have to do that yourself .My real question here is, does anyone know of other authors who have used IngramSpark. I have bought the book from Erik.

    Hello, Centrastar.

If you go on Amazon and search for 'ingram spark' you will get a list. In 'product details' you may see Ingram Spark as 'publisher'.

You can of course try other sellers.
