  I am trying to convert my ebook from mobi to epub.  I have tried a variety of online converters but am still unable to get a converted file to work with Ingrams validation process.  The errors appear to be related to the images in the original mobi file.  Can anyone recommend either a reliable converter program or service that can convert my book to the required format.  I have both pdf and mobi files to work with.

  I can't help you regarding converting from mobi, but may suggest (not knowing the issue) that some tweaking might be needed to the converted file. I use Siegel, which is a free program. I use a Flightcrew plugin to the program to check the epub. I deliver an epub version 2 to IS. https://github.com/Sigil-Ebook/Sigil/releases/tag/0.9.13
