While I'm really glad a community is being formed, it is EXTREMELY hard to find! It doesn't show on the site map and is way at the bottom of the FAQ. I'm quite sure a lot of your indie authors don't even know about it. I suggest you put it on the blue bar along the top of the page that has dashboard, account, titles etc. Or at least have it as an option on the drop down under "help".
In the same manner, the FAQ is hard to find. Having it as a small hyperlink on the contact page (light blue letters on a soft blue-grey background) doesn't stand out.. I can understand why it is located there - you hope people will use it before contacting you, but it is too easy to overlook and should be red or another attention grabbing colour. Preferably, FAQ should be on the Help tab drop down menu as well as on the contact page.
(A side note - I don't want to become known as the annoying complainer here but, having used a competitor's website for quite some time, I see several things that could be improved upon to make Ingramspark more user friendly and hopefully more successful. If you'd prefer I share these ideas elsewhere, let me know!)
