We use the term “compensation” or "publisher compensation" when referring to payments made to the publisher for distribution sales. Publishers pay authors “royalties”. IngramSpark is not a publisher, but, is a publishing platform and pays compensation for books sold through Ingram’s global network.

According to the web page on compensation, I get 50 cents for every book sold? My book (a paperback novel) sells for 15.99. Can this be correct?
