A barcode, inserted on the last page of the book facing the inside back cover, is used as part of our manufacturing process to match up the interior book block with the cover on the print floor. Additionally, we are required as a manufacturer to state where the book was produced. The bar code also provides information for that book throughout the manufacturing process. This assists us during an investigation if there are any manufacturing issues with the finished product.
