You can update your account information through your IngramSpark account. Login to your account at https://myaccount.ingramspark.com and click in the top right corner where your company name and account number are located. You will see a drop-down menu of items you can update:
- Account Information-update your legal/business address, ship-to address, return address, mailing address for compensation and your email preferences
- Credit/Debit Cards- add or delete cards
- Publisher Compensation- update your banking information so we can pay you!
- Tax information-update or upload additional tax forms
- Add an Imprint- submit the request when setting up a new title, during the title set up process, or, email the support team your request along with your account number, company name and imprint you would like added.
