Order and Shipping Claims Instructions for Print Orders

    My book was ordered from a retailer and it came with a different authors book inside. I contacted customer service and they gave me a run around and still have not replied after 8 days from submitting the request. I am unsure if someone orders my book as to whether they will get the cover of my book with the interior of another author. I uploaded the correct files because I ordered books before and they did not have an incorrect interior and I have pay to setup the titles and your company makes money every time I sell a book so the least that you can do is ensure that the parent that is ordering my book for their child gets a copy with the correct interior. Can you please follow up on this.
